  1. Take Zissto Jain makhani cooking sauce.
  2. Take green capsicum, cut off the top and scoop the centre to form a cup.
  3. Fill the capsicum shells/cup, with paneer ( grated paneer and boiled potatoes blended with chopped dry fruit, coriander, garam masala and seasonings.)
  4. Heat a non-stick pan, add butter and grill the stuffed capsicum, make sure you turn them on all sides to get grill marks.
  5. Remove and keep aside.
  6. In the same pan, take Zissto Makhani cooking sauce.
  7. Add water till the indication mark in the empty bottle cover the lid, shake well.
  8. Pour the water in the gravy.
  9. Arrange the grilled stuff pepper in the gravy and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Take a shallow plate and arrange the stuffed capsicum on the bed of prepared gravy.
  • Garnish with dots of fresh cream and serve hot.
