- Take Zissto Jain makhani cooking sauce.
- Take green capsicum, cut off the top and scoop the centre to form a cup.
- Fill the capsicum shells/cup, with paneer ( grated paneer and boiled potatoes blended with chopped dry fruit, coriander, garam masala and seasonings.)
- Heat a non-stick pan, add butter and grill the stuffed capsicum, make sure you turn them on all sides to get grill marks.
- Remove and keep aside.
- In the same pan, take Zissto Makhani cooking sauce.
- Add water till the indication mark in the empty bottle cover the lid, shake well.
- Pour the water in the gravy.
- Arrange the grilled stuff pepper in the gravy and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Take a shallow plate and arrange the stuffed capsicum on the bed of prepared gravy.
- Garnish with dots of fresh cream and serve hot.
