Bhurvan Simlamirch   Take Zissto Jain makhani cooking sauce. Take green capsicum, cut off the top and scoop the centre to form a cup. Fill the capsicum shells/cup, with paneer ( grated paneer and boiled potatoes blended with chopped dry fruit, coriander, garam masala and seasonings.)
