Jain Pav Bhaji Ingredients: Boiled raw banana- 3 no’s Cauliflower– 1 cup Green peas- 1 katori Capsicum- 1 small medium size Tomatoes- 2 no’s Zissto Jain pav bhaji cooking paste- 250 Gms Oil- 1 tbsp. Butter- 30 Gms Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp. Veg Bengali Aloo Baingan Ingredients Potato peele & cut into wedges – 2 medium potatoes Eggplant cut into wedges- 5 nos eggplant Mustard oil- 1 tsp. Green chilli slit- 2 no’s Salt to taste Zissto Bengali culinary paste- 5 tbsp.   Method Heat oil in pan Add slit green chillies, when it splitters add potato wedges and fry for 3 minutes and take out of pan and keep aside. Now, add eggplant wedges and further fry for 2 minutes and take out and keep it aside. In the same pan, add Zissto Bengali culinary paste in the centre of the pan and mix well and stir fry.
