Healthy Hariyali Veg Wrap
Ingredients
- Tortilla wrap- 3 pcs
- Zissto Hariyali cooking sauce- 2 tbsp.
- Paneer cut into strips or dices- 120 Gms
- Onion slices- 25 Gms
- Coloured Capsicum slices- 30 Gms
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves – 15 Gms
- Shredded lettuce- 25 Gms
- Butter/oil to grill
Method
- Sauté onion & capsicum slices in oil or butter for a minute in a pan
- Add paneer , salt and further sauté for a minute
- Add Zissto Hariyali sauce sauce and mix stir well
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and take out in a bowl
- Now spread the three tortilla wraps and line them with lettuce
- Divide the filling into three tortilla wraps and roll it to form a roll
- Making sure to fold and lock on one side
- Sprinkle some butter or oil in a non-stick pan and grill the wrap on all sides
- Serve hot wrapped in butter paper
