This variety of sauce differs sharply from a classic one-pot Indian curry which is simmered all day slowly. Zissto Balti sauce is based on garlic and onions, turmeric and garam masala, and other authentic spices.
One bottle has 250gm of cooking sauce, which provides the average serving of 6 to 8 people.
